From Frontline to Framework: The Evolution of Triple C

At Triple C Wellbeing Services, we believe real change happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported — whether they’re navigating personal challenges or stepping into a new professional role.

Founded by Josh Roberts, Triple C draws on a unique blend of frontline, clinical, and leadership experience. With over a decade in policing followed by hands-on work in mental health, men’s behaviour change programs, and rehabilitation services, Josh has built a career helping people move through crisis, build confidence, and create change that lasts.

While our roots began in personal development and counselling, our work has expanded. What became clear over time was this: the same barriers that affect people in crisis — lack of support, unclear expectations, poor systems — show up in the workplace too. That insight led to the creation of the SETTLE IN™ Model — a human-first onboarding and workplace integration system designed to improve retention, psychological safety, and employee confidence from Day One.

Today, Triple C supports organisations across sectors with:

About

I bring a diverse and grounded perspective to my work, shaped by real-world experience across human services, crisis response, and leadership development. I hold a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. My practice is always strength-based, trauma-informed, and non-judgemental.

This background informs everything we do at Triple C Wellbeing Services — from one-on-one leadership coaching to helping organisations build onboarding systems that genuinely support people.

Whether I’m designing workforce culture strategies or guiding new employees through the SETTLE IN™ Model, my focus remains the same: creating safe, practical systems where people can grow, not just survive.
